Miguel's Restaurant in Amelia is the only one
of its kind in the area. We serve delicious Southwest cuisine
made from the finest ingredients at a reasonable price.
Owners Darleen Hall and Michael Shouse both have more than 20 years
experience operating a Tex Mex-style restaurant where Shouse was
the chef and general manager. "We want to make sure everyone
knows that we're here and this is our Only location." Although
we've only been open since September, 2003, we already have an abundance
of loyal customers.
Miguel's is not a chain so we personally pick the ingredients that go into all dishes. We are as close to homemade as you can get. Miguel's is a blend of Mexican and American cultures with a Southwestern flavor. Menu items range from salads, chili and half pound burgers, to Steaks, chops and seafood. We also have a wide variety of chicken entrees: and of course, don't forget our Mexican dishes. There's something for everyone.
